Minute:


1. Project Manager starts with explaining the content of the interview session with Butik Asmaradana.

2. We do the discussion about business process of Butik Asmaradana and prepare outlines for the presentation that will be held in week 6. The outlines:

> Organizational Structure:
* Owner's profile

* Company profile

* Organization chart

> Business Process:
* Main activity is giving services for wedding event.

* The theme for weeding event mostly in traditional Malay dresses.

* Product that are used in this Butik are Cleopatra, Zein's Cosmetic, and Mustika Ratu.

* Target user: all level of woman.

* Target location: around Selangor, Nilai, and Johor.

* Services that they provide are:

- Wedding planner

- Catering (for wedding)

- Salon and spa

- Massage and facial treatment

- Rent costume (for any event such as annual dinner and theater)

- Sound system

- Dancing and singing

- Modeling


> Problem Occurs:
* Problem in managing weeding event.

- She needs to handle 3 weedings event in one time but in different location after she take over the Butik.
* Lack of employees.
* Customer not convinced with the product that are used for spa, massage, and salon.
* Cancel the order.

- Customer cancels the order.


> Promotion about the company
* Being promoted in "Majalah Pengantin"

* Being promoted in "Berita Minggu" newspaper

* Hang the banner and bunting

* Distribute flyers and pamphlet

> Process Objective:
* Managing the business in efficient and effective way.

* To fulfill customer satisfaction and requirement.

* To increase the profit and income for the business.

* To increase the employee's performance.

> Process Owner:
* Manager of Butik Asmaradana and her staff.


> Starting / ending:
* Will be determined later.

* Need to arrange another interview for business process.

> Input:
* Information: - Give advice and consultant about the product that suit the customer.
* Goods: - Cleopatra - Zein's Cosmetic - Mustika Ratu
* Service:

- Rent custome for any event (for annual dinner, and theater).
- Wedding planner (make-up, bridal dias, catering).
- Salon, spa.
- Massage, facial treatment.
- Wedding planner.
- Sound system.
- Dancing and singing.
- Modeling (for usher, and etc).


> Output:
* Goods: - Provide quality product that convince them to use it.
* Services: - Fast and able to manage order on time.


> Process Measurement:
* How long she take to process an order?

Dear Ilqam group,

You have done quite a lot for this few weeks. My comment since this boutique offer a few types of services, you may need to describe the flow for each of it or include all in one diagram for example from the beginning of each process until the end. Pls label the diagram and include explanation what the diagram is all about.
