Weekly Report

WEEK 12

The activities during this whole week are:-

  1. We need to prepare the final findings on subject as mention in Wednesday(26/09/2007) class.
  2. There is no class on Thursday (27/09/2007). So our group do a meeting in COIT in order to discussed about the contents to put in the slides for the subject 's final findings.
  3. During this 2 hours meeting, the things that we were discussed:-
  • we reviewed the previous presentation slides and company case study.
  • brainstorming on how to prepare the content of presentation slides.
  • find the subtopics that are going to be highlighted such as problems, findings, proposed suggestions to the solutions, comparison of current company business process flow and proposed company business process flow, its benefits, its outcomes and the interfaces of proposed system.
  • divided the task among team members and compile it on sunday or monday.
